Emily Whittemore - Guitar

I have been a student of music since I was about eight years old beginning with piano and moving on to guitar, but I have been a great admirer of it ever since I can remember.
I am currently a music major in college.
I do not play in any particular style and I love many genres of music. As a teacher, I hope to give the student a sense of understanding about the instrument: how to hold, tune, and play anything they like. I also teach basic music theory which is applicable to any instrument the student knows or would like to learn. Most of all, I want to teach the enjoyment of hearing your work turn into beautiful sound!
