Danielle Gorman has been a music educator for nearly 8 years and currently teaches K through 6 general music and chorus at Clinton and Albion Elementary schools. She specializes in vocal pedagogy, takes great pride in her fourth through sixth grade choruses at both schools, and has enjoyed growing her music program for the last 8 years. She has been teaching private voice for 6 years, 4 of which have been at Down Home Music. Additionally, she helps with her districts’ High School Marching Band as a Color Guard instructor in her “free” time. Her favorite part of being an educator is helping others find confidence their voice. Danielle received her Bachelor of Music in Music Education with a vocal concentration in 2012 from the University of Maine, Orono. Danielle resides in Waterville, ME with her loving and supportive husband, Matt, and their cat Niko. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, going to concerts, and watching comedians perform stand up.
